Last updated: May 26, 2026. By accessing this website or subscribing to ABI Analytics research products, you agree to these Terms.
"ABI Analytics" refers to ABI Analytics Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, with registered office at B2-502B, Boomerang Building, Chandivali Farm Road, Mumbai 400072, India. Contact: info@abianalytics.com | +91 90040 89006.
ABI Analytics provides research services – analytical content, scorecards, asymmetry frameworks, scenario models, and related deliverables. ABI Analytics is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide investment advice. Nothing in our research output constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Users are responsible for their own investment decisions and should consult licensed professionals as appropriate.
Pilot evaluations are offered free of charge for a stated duration (typically 7 days) on a stated number of names (typically five). At the end of the pilot, the User may choose to subscribe or to discontinue. Discontinuation involves no further obligation.
Paid subscriptions are governed by a separately executed Subscription Agreement. The Subscription Agreement specifies tier, coverage breadth, term, fees, billing cadence, renewal terms, and termination rights.
Subscriptions renew annually unless either party provides 60 days' written notice of non-renewal prior to the renewal date.
Subject to payment of fees and compliance with these Terms, ABI grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the research output for the User's internal investment process only. Internal use includes consumption by employees and agents of the User's firm who are bound by similar confidentiality obligations.
Users may not:
Limited excerpts of research output may be quoted in the User's internal investment committee memos or in client communications (LP letters, family office updates) with attribution to "ABI Analytics" and not more than 250 words per memo.
All right, title, and interest in the ABI website, software, methodology, composite scorecard formula, asymmetry framework, and research output (including derivative scoring, weights, and rendering) remain with ABI Analytics Private Limited. The User retains ownership of their own data – watchlists, custom name selections, internal memos – submitted to the service.
The User agrees to keep ABI's pricing, methodology details, subscriber portal credentials, and any pre-publication research output confidential. ABI agrees to keep the User's identity as a client, watchlist composition, and custom name requests confidential, subject to legal compulsion.
The website and research output are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. ABI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable. Models are illustrative; market conditions change; data may be revised.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABI Analytics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (but not limited to) lost profits, lost data, or trading losses. In any case, ABI's total cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the User to ABI in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold ABI harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the User's breach of these Terms or unauthorized use of the research output.
Either party may terminate a subscription for material breach with 30 days' written notice and an opportunity to cure. Upon termination, the User's license to use the research output ceases, except that the User may retain (but not redistribute) prior research output for internal record-keeping.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, before a sole arbitrator. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
